Xshell for HarmonyOS (Open Beta)
Xshell for HarmonyOS is provided by NetSarang Computer, Inc. (“we”). It is a terminal client that connects your HarmonyOS device to servers that you choose. This statement explains how the application handles your information.
We do not collect your personal information. The application has no analytics, crash-reporting or advertising components and no third-party SDKs, and it does not read device or advertising identifiers.
What you enter, such as host names, user names, session settings, and passwords or keys you choose to save, is stored only on your device and is used only to make the connections you start. Saved credentials are protected by the HarmonyOS key store (HUKS) when you set a Master Password. Terminal content goes only between your device and the server you connected to. None of it is sent to us.

None of these is used to identify or track you. You can revoke any of them in the system settings.
This application is a system administration tool and is not directed at children. It collects no personal information from anyone, including minors.
We do not share your information, because we do not receive it. Data you send goes to the server you chose. Installation and updates are handled by Huawei AppGallery under Huawei’s own terms.
All of your data is on your device, so you control it directly. You can view and edit sessions in the Session Manager, delete sessions, clear the application’s data, or uninstall the application. For any question about your data, contact us as described below.
Your data is stored on your device only and is kept until you delete it or uninstall the application. We keep no copy and make no cross-border transfer.
If our reply does not resolve your concern, you may also contact the relevant regulatory authority. We will publish any change to this statement at the same address and update the date above.
