how to calculate the ciphertext of password in the xsh file?

hi
I want to create huge xsh files by myself.
In the xsh file, the user password is stoned as below:
Password=eDRQYCZhBdbMdq9AAyXpTViM5RG+W/27c7Q33FHspDkX16Q+PQ==
My question is how to calculate the ciphertext?

Program Ver. : Xshell 5

We cannot disclose to you the password encryption methods of Xshell. You cannot make the user's password manually.

If you create large session files, we recommend you use public key authentication and the Xagent feature.
