MENU: 'Help >> Visit Website' link goes nowhere (no work-around)

1.) click on 'Help' in main menu
2.) hover over 'Visit Website' to observe (if status bar is activated) link description ... not an addr
3.) click and be taken to a new window of the default browser
NOTE: forcing a new window is over-riding the browser setting confining new window requests to actually only opening a new tab
4.) the new browser window is actually opened to whatever the browser's default is for new tab/window requests since the xshell link is empty

Program Ver. : Xshell 5

We were unable to replicate your "New Window" issue, but we'll continue to investigate. It may be a redirect issue. I'll keep you posted if we make any developments.

Re: MENU: 'Help >> Visit Website' link goes nowhere (no work-around)

Can you please provide us with the value in the address bar of your internet browser after the "Visit Website" link is selected? If the address bar has no value or has some value that we, at NetSarang, have not explicitly set, there may be some third party application such as your anti-virus which is preventing you from opening website links from within an application.

If this is the case, because the protection is enabled, the link may be forced to open in a New Window, not a New Tab. Please confirm if your anti-virus has this sort of option enabled.
