xshell 5 - discard saved password when changing Encoding

xshell 5 build0744

Issue:
Tried this out a few times to narrow down the root cause, changing the encoding discards saved pw data for the session.

How to I found the issue;
imported sessions (with pw) from another machine, logged in just fine. disconnect/reconnect numerous times. Changed encoding to utf-8, upon doing os the next time I went to reconnect it prompted for the pw... tried another session and it was fine. Only the current session lost its pw.

Program Ver. : Xshell 5

We have successfully duplicated the problem. This issue is related to session version #. We have already fixed this issue and it will be rolled in to the next release.
