Outputs are printed at the last line of the screen

Hi,
I created a session with "Terminal->Advanced->Scroll to the bottom when terminal input/output" unchecked and "Scroll to the bottom when press the key" checked.
After I connected to the server, when I scroll up, I found the outputs are printed at the last line of the screen. And when I press a key to scroll to the bottom, there are some blank line on screen.

You may reproduce this by:
1. creating a session as above (uncheck "Scroll to the bottom when terminal input/output").
2. Connect to the server
3. Run "ping localhost" and make it keep running
4. Scroll up. The outputs are printed at the last line of the screen
5. Press a key, some lines are lost.

Is there any configuration to resolve this issue?

Program Ver. : Xshell 4
