If there is a an ssh server behind another ssh server is it possible to forward the port to myself?

Example:

Me -- Internet -- SSH Server 1 -- SSH Server 2

Program Ver. : Xshell 4 Beta

This is possible through using the Xshell tunneling feature and SSH client on the remote server. Here is how the it should look like:

PC<---- Tunnel 1----->Server 1 <---- Tunnel 2----->Server 2

Xshell can handle Tunnel 1, but Tunnel 2 must be created using the text based SSH client on Server 1. Here is an excellent example of creating SSH tunnels:
