Is that possible to just make background tranparent only?

I use both Windows and MAC OS.

MAC OS has a Terminal, and it has an awesome function that it can JUST make background transparent and remains fonts in foreground solid.

But I never found any progroms in Windows can do such thing like Terminal in Mac OS.

Xshell or some other terminals can do transparent but they also make fonts in foreground transparent. And that will cause fonts hard to read.

Is that possible to do this thing in Windows like in Mac OS?

I think transparent is very useful function, it can let you read articles/helps/commands through current window without swtiching between them.

Thank you for your idea.

Current Xshell version does not support setting different opacities for foreground and background. However, we will consider adding it to the future editions.
