I have the same issue. For me everything was working fine one day and not the next. I reboot the system and it works again.

I checked the phyicial console and it give me the same blank display as Xmanager after I login. So, it would appear that the issue is related to a OS crashed service or services

To help us better assist your problem, please answer the following questions as much as you can:

- Name and version of UNIX/Linux
- Xmanager log file. (To view the log file, once connection fails, right click on window Xmanager and then, click Log > File.)
- Language setting on the remote host
- Can you login from the console?
- Can you login to root account with Xmanager?
