There is not enough information for us to find out where your problem might lies.
To help us better understand the problem, please send us the following information:
1. Xmanager 3.0 log:
File location: %APPDATA%\NetSarang\Xmanager\3\Log\*.log
2. Name/Version of the remote host
If your remote host is a UNIX machine, please send us the following log files as well:
/var/dt/Xerrors, $Home/.dt/startlog, and $HOME/.dt/errorlog
