Xmanagercrashes when started from cmd on x86

Hi,

Cannot start the Xserver on an win64 from cmd with Xmanager :x where x is the display number. Works on win32 and the binary works fine on the W64 as I can double click on it from an explorer!

This problem may occur when the environmental variable that Xmanager uses is not added to your system properly.

To add this to your system environmental variable:

1. In Control Panel, select System.
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. Click Environment Variables.
Result: Environments Variables dialog box opens.
4. In the System variables, select Path, and then click Edit.
Result: Edit System Variable dialog box opens.
5. Add the following line in front of the Variable value field.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\NetSarang;

6. Save the changes and exit from the dialog box.

If your problem persists, please tell us more about the problem such as your system hardware spec (CPU, Windows name and version) and Xmanager version.

The variable $path already contain the path at the beginning of the line! However, if I copy the dll:s directly in the app folder.
BTW: The OS is win2003 and I am running it remotely in 24 bits mode.

Re: Re: Re: Re: Xmanagercrashes when started from cmd on x86

We have try running Xmanager from command line on Windows 2003 (x64) with the following commands, but the problem did not occur in our machine.

C:\>"c:\Program Files\NetSarang\Xmanager2\Xmanager.exe" :0

It seems the problem only occurs on the specific machine that you are using. We recommend you reinstalling Xmanager.

Hope this solves the problem.
