How can I enter Simplified Chinese Characters on AIX

 
I have a Simplified Chinese Windows 2000 Pro connecting to a Simplified Chinese AIX 4.3. On the local AIX machine if I hit Ctrl-Space and hit a key, I get a drop down to choose which Chinese Character I want to use. When I am using X Manager to connect, the Ctrl-Space and key entry does not bring up the drop down.
How can I send the Crtl Space combination to the AIX machine I am connecting to?

The Ctrl+Space combination doesn't require a special configuration of Xmanager. It seems that the input server requires some Chinese fonts to display the drop down list. Please try to install Chinese fonts below:

http://download.conux.com/files/fonts/zh_cn.exe

i have same problem, but i have installed zh.exe.

my opration is win2k adv server english version. i want send Ctrl+Space to solaris8 x86 and AIX, both of them were failed.
