How to link to Suse Linux pro 10 graphics terminal through Xmanage ?

I can't start x-windows(startx) at xterm window!
When I start x-windows at xterm window,it appears in server not local xterm window. When I close xterm window, the server x-windows close simultaneously.

'startx' command is for console only. You should use 'startkde' for KDE or 'gnome-session' for Gnome instead.

Re: I gloomy!!!

If you have not configured your remote host, then go to the Xmanager FAQ page and follow the instruction on # 2 and 5.

/products/xmg_faq.html

Also, make sure to allow incoming TCP 6000~6010 ports on your Windows machine. Other XDMCP connection will fail.

If it fails, please attach the Xmanager log file to your next posting. It is located in the following directory:

C:\Document and Settings\%USER%\Application Data\NetSarang\Xmanager\2\Log

Hope this solves your problem.
