Can icon on title bar and/or task bar be customised

I have recently upgraded from Xmanager 1.3.9 to Xmanager 2.0. Under 1.3.9, the small icon that appears on the title bar and task bar entry for each Xmanager window is the same. However, I have noticed in Xmanager 2.0 that some programs somehow get their own specific icon - eg. xcalc, xload, netscape running on a remote Unix host, xclock, etc. Other programs get the generic icon of a window with an "X" on it.

Can I customise my setup to get different icons for different programs and/or different remote hosts. If this could be done, it would make it easier to select a process on the task bar when there are many windows open.

Under both 1.3.9 and 2.0 I have opened all my X connections using Xstart.

Alf.

Re: Can icon on title bar and/or task bar be customised

Customizing icons on title bar and task bar is not supported in Xmanager.

Some applications may let you change its icon manually, but this must be done on the remote host side.

Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
