Color allocation problem is due to 256-color applications and it can be solved by changing options in the Xconfig:

Color->Default Visual: PseudoColor
Option->Backing Store: When Mapped

And the log message says that Windows network has been shutdowned by an unknown reason. You can try to upgrade your network driver to the latest version.
