If you continue upload or download unfinished file(for example upload a 600m file, you upload 100m at first, then continue upload), the upload/download speed indicated is wrong.
Suggestion:
Use last 5 seconds' average rate as current speed. If last upload/download time is less than 5 seconds, just show ... to user that you are detecting the speed.
